Meet our President

Malaika Moore serves as the Crime Scene Manager for the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, where she leads and oversees the processing and documentation of major crime scenes with precision, professionalism, and dedication. With 13 years of experience in forensic science, Malaika has built a respected career marked by leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for advancing the field of crime scene investigation.
Before joining the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, Malaika served as a Crime Scene Technician with both the Cobb County Police Department and the Atlanta Police Department, gaining extensive experience in crime scene processing across multiple jurisdictions and case types.
She holds multiple state certifications, including Crime Scene Certification and Latent Print Certification through the State of Georgia, reflecting her level of skill and professional competency. In addition, she is a General Instructor and Field Training Officer, certified through the State of Georgia, allowing her to train and mentor the next generation of forensic professionals.
Malaika is deeply passionate about education and mentorship, often sharing that she “loves to inspire and teach others, and believes there’s room for everyone to win.” Her commitment to excellence, growth, and collaboration continues to motivate those around her.
